How to rent an LED totem

You send the date and the place. We handle the equipment. Here is the whole process from the first message to pickup.

1. Send a request

   Tell us the date, city, venue type, indoor or outdoor, and how many totems you need.

2. Get a quote

   We reply by email with a quote and any questions about the venue, access and power.

3. We deliver and set up

   The totem arrives folded in a protective case on wheels. We unfold it, power it on and test your content.

4. Run the event

   An operator stays on site to start playback and change content if the schedule changes.

5. We take it away

   After the event we pack up and collect the equipment.

What we need from you

• Event date, start and end time, and the set-up window the venue allows
• City and venue, indoors or outdoors, and where the totem will stand
• How many totems you want

What is included

Rental terms

• Minimum rental: two days
• A deposit is required; the amount is confirmed in your quote
• We are insured
