LED totem rental in Toronto and the GTA
Toronto is our home market. We deliver the totem to your venue, set it up, run it during the event and take it away.
What to plan for in the GTA
Most rentals here are in convention and exhibition halls, hotel ballrooms, condo and office lobbies, malls and covered outdoor plazas. Each has its own rules, and sorting them out early saves the day-of stress:
- Loading and access. Downtown venues often need a booked loading dock slot or freight elevator time. Send us the venue contact and the window you have.
- Insurance. Many venues and property managers ask for a certificate of insurance. Check with yours and mention it in the request.
- Power. The totem plugs into a standard outlet. Tell us where the screen will stand so we can check the distance to power.
- Traffic and timing. Allow extra time for delivery in busy periods, event weekends and rush hour.
- Weather. Covered areas are best. Winter and summer conditions both matter for open-air placement, so tell us the plan.

Yes. Send us the venue's loading and access rules, and we plan the delivery window around them. Downtown venues often need a booked loading slot.
Do venues ask for a certificate of insurance?
Many do. We are insured. Ask your venue what it requires and mention it in your request so we can discuss it.
